Called for an oil change appointment and was told to just come by, no appointment necessary Was worried about a long wait but I was out of there in no time flat. Had a VW prior to my new Outback - and it alway took 3time s as long. Great service!
My check engine light and some other warning lights came on Thursday evening around 8 pm. I started freaking out because I was supposed to be in Houston the next morning by 11:00 am. So I emailed Craig (who has helped me before with regular maintenance appts) through the Subaru website, explaining what was happening to my 2014 Crosstrek, how I took it to Auto Zone and it was a legit code of something that could be major. I explained how I would need a loaner car or to have a rental person meet me at the dealership after I dropped my dog off for care. Craig emailed me back first thing at 7 am told me to bring my care in, and that he was able to secure a loaner (which was a miracle) and he would get me on the road asap. So there were a couple of things wrong with my car causing the lights and they were able to fix within a couple of days, actually they had it fixed by Monday, when he told me to expect Wednesday for parts and etc that needed to be shipped in. All worked out, everything was under warranty. The only thing was that the loaner car hadn't been washed outside, but it was clean inside and smelled like new still. I didn't give them much notice that I was needing it, and was thankful I got a loaner to begin with and didn't have to rent a car, because usually the loaner cars are booked up for several weeks based on service appts. Thanks Craig R. and the Subaru team for fixing me up and the excellent customer service.
Bought my STi back in August of 2015 and continue to come in for the regular service. Despite how busy they are I am usually checked in and have a shuttle back to work in a timely manner. Everyone is always very nice, knowledgeable, and professional.

One word describes my experience at Austin Subaru...IMPRESSIVE!!! I walked in to the Austin Subaru showroom floor, after spending MANY hours at two other car dealerships (yes, one of them a different Subaru dealership in the area) frustrated, tired and my patience gone! That is when I met Brian. Brian attentively listened to my sorted tale about the day's events...responded with "what do you want, I will see if we have it, and get you on your way." I described exactly the model, color, and trim options I wanted...Brian checked the inventory and found 3 cars that matched my specs. I then proceeded to ask that 2 of them be brought up so I could look at them side-by-side. Brian delivered as requested. Both cars were brought up...he walked me around explaining all the features...and within 20 minutes...I pointed to one of them and said "that's the one I want...if we can agree on numbers, let's write it up!" Brian partnered with his sales manager, Eddie, to work with me to successfully and relatively "frictionless" experience around striking an agreeable deal. Then it was off to see, Eldon to complete out the paperwork...what a great and personable guy! All in all...an IMPRESSIVE experience in purchasing a vehicle...this company and team of folks are absolutely class-acts and I would NEVER hesitate recommending family, friends and co-workers to consider Austin Subaru when purchasing their next vehicle.
Zachary Deegan was amazing!! I highly recommend coming to see him for your new car. My husband and I came in nervous and unsure but he was kind and incredibly helpful in finding the right car at the right price.
