In-Home Buying Process

While Austin Subaru always holds our guests’ health and safety as a priority, these times have allowed us to focus on a more personalized approach to your car buying process. We understand that some of you may still be hesitant to come in and see us at the dealership and that’s why we are offering an In-Home Buying Experience. This will help make finding a new or pre-owned vehicle safe and easy from the comfort of your own home. Here’s how it works:

1. Get in touch with us. We have 25+ Certified Sales Consultants (see below) that are ready to help you navigate through our Inventory and find the vehicle that best suits your lifestyle and budget. Take your time, read through our bio’s and see who you think you would work best with. You can also call us at (512) 220-0930 or message us and we’ll find the perfect match for you.

2. Find a vehicle. Work out the specifics of your vehicle selection with our Subaru Sales Consultants. We have a great selection of new Subaru models and pre-owned cars available, but if you don’t see the perfect match, don’t worry–there are still plenty on the way!

3. Trade-in? We can determine the value of your trade-in and put together an estimate of the appraised value after just a few questions.

4. Financing. Subaru Motors Finance is making the choice easy for customers by making this one of the best times to finance or lease a new Subaru. There are no additional charges to take advantage of our In-Home Buying offer, so the great price that you see, is simply the price you pay.

5. Credit application. Submit your credit application securely online. Your Sales Consultant will then work with you to gather any additional documentation, if needed.

6. Meet our Finance Team. Schedule a call with our Finance department so we can answer any questions and walk you through any contracts, protections, and warranty details. While the State of Texas still requires a ‘wet signature’ for your State and Federal Paperwork, most other signatures can be captured electronically. During this call, we will also discuss the terms of your purchase to ensure you understand and are comfortable with all figures before we finalize your paperwork.

7. Vehicle delivery! (One of the most exciting steps!) Your Sales Consultant will find a time to bring your new vehicle to you. At this time, you will have the opportunity to drive your new vehicle and make sure it is everything that you expected. We will also review your trade-in (if applicable) and guide you through your paperwork. Your Sales Consultant will also be able to answer any questions and help manage any payments.

8. Love Encore Delivery. When the time is right, you’ll be able to come into the dealership for a true Subaru delight: the Love Encore Delivery. One of our Love Encore Delivery Specialists will reach out to you after your purchase to find a time to go over all the bells and whistles that your new Subaru offers.
