I had a great experience buying a used car here. Sean did a great job showing me around without getting pushy or trying to over sell anything. He came in on his day off just to show me one that came in after my first meet with him! Dude is great and after a month, the car has no new issues, so it's been a great car so far. Took my outback in to Subaru Austin for the first time for a defective battery. Turned out I wrote down the wrong date for my service but they took care of me anyway despite being super busy. This dealership always goes above and beyond! I was able to make an appointment within 24hrs to have a TPMS sensor replaced and they were able to get it done in only a couple of hours. Their chauffer service is awesome as it allowed me to complete my other appointments while my car was being serviced. Their technicians are always patient and kind when explaining any issues.

My daughter & I had the best car shopping experiencing ever. John Martinez is the best sales rep of all times. He was very patient, understood what my requirements were and finally stayed longer on the day when the leasing documents were signed. Everyone at the Subaru dealership made me feel important & comfortable through the entire leasing process. They have the best coffee shop, a complimentary service for their customers. They make you feel at home.
Morgan Fletcher was very knowledgeable and competent. The inspection video had recommended that I get the all-wheel drive servicing. She told me that I didn't need to get that until my car had over 30,000 miles. It has just 26,000 now. I appreciate her honesty. And she's also very nice and friendly.
Never have a bad experience here. People are so nice and make it really easy to get my car serviced. Electronic forms of communication work really well here but they also have great in person communication as well!

Dealership is great by most standards. Nice people, great amenities, reasonable prices. It did, however, take three hours to get my oil changed. I did decline a complimentary uber, because I had assumed it would be a short wait for an easy job. The first hour and half was just waiting for my car to be seen, which would be understandable had I not had an appointment. I will come back, but do not expect speedy service even for something as simple as an oil change.

Great place. But they will always say it will take 1.5 hours, and end up 2 to 3. But the offer you ride home or anywhere so I have no complain. I can actually work remotely there too with the good wifi etc.

The Austin Subaru experience was exceptionally easy and the service and sales team did a great job. The one problem with my new Outback Touring was that the map database was two iterations behind the current Subaru supported database. It was 8/20//2023 causing speed limits to be displayed erroneously. Updating via the Subaru-maps website updated the maps to a 2/8/2024 database. The car still showed map updates available! Updating one state at a time via WiFi and continuous power on the car it takes over an hour per state (no driving because the WiFi connections needs to be maintained) and it brought ...
I had a completely amazing experience. My wife had to drop off my car and they got her a Lyft home. When the routine maintenance was done they attempted to get me a Lyft to pick up. After three(3) attempts and Lyft could not find a driver for me they actually had their own employees drive out and deliver my vehicle to me since I could not get it myself due to a number of factors. Austin Subaru always gives top notch service! I needed my windshield replaced quickly to get up-to-date on my car inspection, and Ariel De Jesus made it happen! It was under warranty and she had to call the warranty folks multiple times to expedite the process, but she got it done and my car was ready for pickup the same day! I went to Austin Subaru to test drive a SUV. Bob helped me out and was very knowledgeable and super nice. He was not pushy and I liked that. I emailed and texted over the next week and he was very quick to answer all my questions. I decided to purchase the SUV from him. We received excellent customer service from our sales man Patrick Nguyen. The one thing that bothers me a little is that at time of signing all the paperwork, the finance manager recommended that we include additonal insutance protection for the windshield and tires which totalled am additonal $3k. He mentioned that if the windshield gets a crack in certain areas, then it would need to be completely replaced because of all the cameras and that would cost around $2,500. So with our car insurance, an aftermarket windshileld would not work because of the safety system. So we felt forced to buy ...

Even with my multiple visits on short notice, he was always ready to assist me. Having bought several vehicles, I am certain that Doug will be my first choice for my next car purchase. Love my Subaru dealership. The fun stuff first…free gourmet coffee bar, foosball table, large waiting room with complete connectivity, a quite office room, a child’s play area, an outdoor covered waiting area with Big Ass fans. Best service and waiting room one could possibly imagine. So much so I don't even mind waiting there for my car, I bring my laptop, get some work done and get some free coffee. The folks working at the vehicle intake, reception, the account managers, literally everyone you interact with is WONDERFUL.
After months of waiting on the necessary parts to arrive, and days for a loaner vehicle to be available, Austin Subaru did the needed repairs in half of the time estimated.
Service process was smooth. Morgan was very nice and friendly and helped in getting the first service done in least time and explained everything in details.
