Had a few issues that needed attention...24k maintenance, recall and a brake issue. Made my appt ahead of time because I wanted a loaner car (have to book ahead of time for a loaner). If waiting is OK for you, no worries..Subaru of Austin has THE BEST waiting area! Complimentary food & drink and plenty of seating areas not to mention a business room as well. They always do a great job tending to the issues at hand and will check back afterwards to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Friendly and professional

Ask for KURTIS CLARK! First time Subaru buyer here and Kurtis left such an incredible impression on me. He took care of me with professionalism and efficiency. This was my first visit to any Subaru dealership, and it was for service. Typically with dealerships I've dealt with, you get great service during the buying process but not so much after that. Service appointments are usually hit or miss (mostly miss in my experience). This was not the case with Austin Subaru.I will say that it started off a little worrying.
