Suburu is by far the best experience we have had buying a car. Not only was Ayron informative, patient, and responsive, he is just a nice person and not pushy at all. The full expresso coffee bar with barista way way beyond the greasy keurig coffee makers in the waiting room of the last car we purchased! I live near Georgetown but I still go to this Subaru center instead on the one closer to me. Service here is great. It is crowded but they still do a good job of managing people and provide a great customer experience. I went there to fix a broken seatbelt. They ordered the parts on time and managed to get it fixed for me without an appointment due to an upcoming road trip and for the safety reasons.

Exceptional service, but the wait time is SO long!

First time buying a Subaru, and the experience is easily on par with BMW. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Sometimes, you get lucky and see Rally or other dogs there. The café area is also fantastic. My purchase took about a month before I was able to sign on the dotted line, and they were very understanding of my unique circumstances. They were more than accommodating and even helped with some hairline surface abrasions on the paint that I didn't notice until after the sale. Had a great experience. Got a state inspection, oil change, and tires rotated. Although the dealership is pricey for some things, the service I got (from Joe M.) was exceptional. He answered all my questions, explained my options clearly, and got me in and out in just under 3 hours. Also they got a nice coffee bar (with baristas) and wifi, which definitely makes the waiting easier.

Clayton was extremely helpful and communicative and really helped me narrow down what I was looking for - amazing service!

Service advisor Susan Moulton is awesome she worked tirelessly with GEICO my extended warranty provider to get qualified repairs covered and my vehicle returned in time for planned travel. She was just as exceptional six years earlier when my daughter’s gas tank had to be replaced due to a road hazard.

Joseph Martinas was wonderful in solving the problem with the rear lift gate and a wrong sensor. After returning for more help, he made sure that I was first in line to receive service and his support staff was also kind helpful and they fixed everything.

They are really competent and make time for me to get my car fixed as early as I needed it. They are friendly and wonderful to work with.

This dealership goes above and beyond to do right by their customers. The wait times aren't always the best but they always do a stellar job on the maintenance and repairs they do and are always willing to explain what was done and why they recommend anything additional.

Jade is a great salesperson. She's patient and friendly. No pressure and just very personable. Whether we are in to buy, browse around, or for service, she always remembers us when we come in and says hi. The service department is good. It is a very, very busy place, but I always get what I need here. And of course, the coffee bar is like the icing on the cake.

I bought a Subaru several years ago because I really liked the car. I've taken the car exclusively to the dealership for service since I purchased. I have never had a bad experience. The intake folks are pleasant and helpful. The service is always done properly. The waiting area is a like a coffee shop. The whole experience is great.

My service advisor, Adriana Orozco, was super attentive and very responsive to all my questions and concerns. She was resourceful in addressing my repairs and flexible with drop-off and pick-up. It was refreshing to have a service rep. that demonstrated exceptional customer service! Rating A++ !! The extra plus is for Christian who filled in when I arrived after Adriana's work schedule to pick-up car.

Know your information via HomworkGuy on Youtube, know the best price via TrueCar or Costco, and then go to Austin Subaru for the best deal. I ordered my 2023 Ascent last December 2022. And I got a promised date for Feb.4,2023. And I was surprised that I got it on January 27 earlier than expected. Service was impeccable and the customer treatment was over the top thanks to Ray who took care of everything and made us a smooth transaction and a fantastic customer experience.

I may not love my Subaru the same way as my wife’s Kia, but this dealership experience is 5 stars for service. Everything from complimentary drinks/coffee bar, a seamless Lyft shuttle, a video overview of multi-point inspection, and easy pickup.

A nice young man came to my house to give me a jump on a dead battery. The service shop recharged the battery. All no charge! Service always takes a long time and this is not the place to get an inspection But the people are great and my car is back on the road.
