Updated. Second time around was even better. Today was my first time using the service department. It was a great experience. Fast, friendly and clean. My service consultant was great. I was very pleased with the service I received at Subaru. I have two opportunities to visit the dealership service center. The first was several months ago when I noticed an issue with one of my inside lights. Your service person took a quick look, noticed it needed no repair, but the issue was with the secondary bulb that was in place. There was one in stock and one he had to order. Just had our Subaru Ascent in for routine maintenance and servicing, and had a great experience. The dealership is very clean, comfortable and welcoming, and my technician was totally on top of things. The communication about what needed to be done was excellent, and the whole process was surprisingly pleasant.
