Our Sales Representative, Lati, was very helpful and informative. I did not at any point feel like he was telling me what I wanted to hear just to make the sale. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered any questions we had with ease. It was a very busy day when we purchased our vehicle, but Lati did everything he could to make it a smooth process. Yelena gave us information on vehicle add-ons and she was great. Laura on the financial side of things was also very thorough, helpful and kind. Morgan was excellent at explaining all of the vehicles' features during my appointment. Overall a great experience! Oh and the complementary drinks/snacks from the barista was a bonus!
Had my car serviced here last weekend. It was the fastest, best service experience I've ever had. The check in procedure was easy and casual, the waiting area is large with a full blown cafe that's free for customers.It was a very pleasant experience, getting vehicle service is no longer a pain!
I went to Austin Subaru on March 17th to have two recall items addressed on my 2012 Outback (passenger airbag & windshield wiper motor). I had not taken my Outback to the dealership in years,so I asked the Service Dept to also conduct the 60-point inspection. The Service Team was very professional and made time to address a broken panel on the driver's seat, replace my breaks, and help re-program the bluetooth connection between my car and cell phone. I am very confident in the quality of workmanship that was performed on my car. The new Austin Subaru dealership facility on Burnett Rd is large with addition staff and services. The facility looks nice inside and is very pleasant. I used the business center inside the waiting area to conduct work while I waited for my car. I was offered a loaner car, which I declined. (I did not need it.) The "Continental Cafe" served free delicious beverages and snacks to customer who were waiting for service. The "barristas" were super friendly. One customer picked up a dog treat at the cafe for her dog. I love it that dogs are welcome in the waiting area and in the loaner cars. I checked out the new Subies while I waited. That is always fun!Again, excellent customer service from Jonathan Sosa and Jesse York (Mr Subaru expert extraordinaire)!

What a great experience. Jonathan really knows his cars and was able to answer all our questions and more. The dealership is one of the best I've seen. We ended up buying a new Outback. So far, very happy with the purchase!!
Its always a pleasure visiting this dealership, whether it be for car service or any other needs I may have. The staff is very friendly and they had me out of there in a timely manner. I never actually dread going here, because the lounge area is nice and well kept and who can complain when theres free drinks and snacks!
