My experience with Austin Subaru and Chris with replacing my radio display was exceptional. When I called to get a quote to get the display fixed, Chris told me it was under an extended warranty, so they would replace it at no cost. I was stunned at how well I was treated from the first call, to driving my car out of the dealership with my new display.
I had an unexpected tire issue while traveling over Fourth of July weekend and dropped in without an appointment. Donovan got me processed quickly, set me up with a loaner so I could continue my trip, and the team diagnosed and repaired my vehicle fast. Friendly, efficient service all around.

I had the battery in my Subaru replaced in 2024, and it recently went out. This happened at home, so we were able to charge it temporarily using our plug-in auto charger. This is our third Subaru, two from here, one from Georgetown. The experience with Chris and Nick in Sales was quite good: found a 2023 meeting my needs. My experience was also good with Nick in finance. There is one exception: neither Nick returns phone calls. I am still waiting, gentlemen.
Austin Subaru gave me excellent service by giving me a recorded video inspection of my vehicle and showed the condition of the joints and engine. Having on the house expressing, latte, cortada, or macchiato is a bonus.
Marie was a pleasure to work with! She was knowledgeable, professional, and patient with me, making sure I understood the process of buying a newer car. She is the best! I bought a car from them a couple years ago, and overall pretty good buying experience. Service department is also pretty good. However...and the reason for 3 star rating...they constantly send me marketing emails and no matter how many times I unsubscribe, they keep coming! They do not respect the unsubscribe.
