The shift leader who checked me in was excellent and then Marco Moran the service adviser took over and informed me frequently about my car and the explained everything being done to it .
Brianna was incredible! Austin in finance was great! A great experience all around, except they forgot to fill up the tank on my new car. Had to stop on the way back to Dallas & fill it up.
Got the car we wanted in a reasonable timeframe with with supply chain issues. Still waiting on some back ordered accessories. Communication was open and timely.

Really difficult to find who made reservation when I didn't write names of people I talked to. When your representative calls you and you miss call, then call that number back you have to jump through hoops again

I am a loyal Subaru owner— 3 Subarus purchased since 2005. But customer service as of late here in Austin feels more like self-service. And my most recent Subaru 2018 Impreza- has required more maintenance due to recalls than I am comfortable with… The more gadgets, the more issues? I hope this last recall is the last…

I am always greeted and taken care of quickly. The waiting area is spacious with a complimentary refreshment cafe. Customer’s are updated as to the progress of the diagnosis being done or the actual work being taken care of. I highly recommend Austin Subaru.

I took my 2020 Outback for the 24k servicing. I was met by Miguel who took care of everything from start to finish. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He went out of his was to update me every step in the servicing process, he even helped with an issue that was out of his scope. I really enjoyed my visit, an errand that normally is mundane and can take long hours.
Great experience with express service. No appointment available but walk in service was done in 1.5 hours and coffee bar was top notch!

We have visited a LOT of dealerships over the last year and even as an Audi owner, the only 2 dealerships in Austin where you’re treated like a human being (and even pampered a bit) are Porsche Austin and Austin Subaru. It’s wild how much better this dealer is than basically any other, and I’d frankly switch back to Subaru just to have the dealer and service experience you get from these dedicated folks. It’s clear they build lifelong customer relationships… we’ve been working with Roger there for 9 years and can’t say enough good things ...
My experiences with Austin Subaru have been really positive. I definitely recommend this dealership. If you are in for some work consider walking next door to Desano's Pizza for a beer and some pizza.

I'd say that everyone I interacted with went out of their way to make sure my experience was positive and that I would become a Subaru customer, but it didn't seem like they were trying....it seemed like it came very natural to them to toot the Subaru horn and make new customers feel welcomed. This was our first visit to Austin Subaru to follow up on a recall and have an additional key made. The visit took longer than expected, but Will Heller did a good job of keeping us apprised of the challenges and progress. The waiting area was very comfortable and the complementary drinks and snacks were most welcome.
Me and my Fiancé made the decision to buy a new 2022 Outback Suburu and lets just say the moment we walked into the doors it was such a easy process.
