I came in for my new Suby's first oil change and tire rotation. The service adviser was friendly and personable. Facilities are brand new, clean, and modern. Comfortable waiting lounge with a full free coffee bar --- sweet! Wait time was longer than expected, due to heavy customer volume. Staff appeared professional and efficient. Next time, I'll book an earlier appointment to get in and out faster. Can't speak on price, since I was under warranty, but hey the coffee was delicious and free!
I looked online for current Outback inventory and saw one that was coming in that I wanted. I emailed, had a call within 5 minutes and was on the phone with John O'Connor immediately. I told him what I wanted. He told me what I needed to do for a deposit and I did it. This all took about 1 hour. I did all this from home 2 hours from Austin. He emailed me 2 weeks later when the car came in and I went in to pick it up. That transaction for purchase took about 2 hours. Turned out, we were unable to cause the wire transfer to happen immediately due to banking issues and they took a $2500 credit card deposit and gave me the car. I have the car. They now have their check. John was great and everyone else that we dealt with was very responsive when John was out of the office. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new Outback!!Now, honestly. Could buying a car have been any simpler???
