Brandon’s Favorite Book: Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
“I read it for the first time 12 years ago and it was probably more about me being in the right place for the book. I had just gotten sober and was trying to figure out what direction I wanted my life to go. Most people falsely think the book is about money – it is about living a certain way that encourages success. Money can be a side effect of that success. I really like that it was written in 1937 and still so relevant. I feel that it is the base for soooo many books in the self improvement genre. I read it once every couple years for sure.”

Ben’s Favorite Book: Who Moved My Cheese? by Spencer Johnson
“When I was a teenager, my Dad encouraged me to read the book “Who Moved My Cheese?” He told me that we both share the same stubbornness at times and that if I decide to pursue a successful career in business I would need to be able to adapt to constant change. Up until that point I was an avid reader but most of my reading came from sci-fi and fantasy books. This was my first self development book, and I was pleasantly surprised by how engaging it was and how much I was able to take a away from it. WMMC really taught me a lot about myself and gave me a new perspective on how to navigate the world. I later went on to read another one of Spencer’s books that he co-authored called “The One Minute Manager”. To this day, that is my favorite book pertaining to leadership. It is simple, clear and effective.”
